• Payment Information — We do not store full credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

We may share your data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Service (e.g., cloud hosting providers like Supabase, or transactional email services like Resend). These third parties are bound by strict data protection agreements.

4. Your Rights & B2B Client Data

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information.

As ArchiBoard is a B2B platform, you act as the Data Controller for your end-clients’ data inputted into your projects. We act as the Data Processor and will process this data only as instructed by you through the use of the Service.
