Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to ArchiBoard (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the archiboard.design website and our SaaS platform (collectively, the “Service”). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is owned and operated by Pavel Sereshchev, located in Belgrade, Serbia.

2. Merchant of Record & Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They process payments, manage returns, and handle customer service inquiries related to payments. By purchasing a subscription (e.g., the “Studio” plan), you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Due to the digital nature of the Service, all fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

ArchiBoard reserves the right to change subscription pricing. We will give notice before the change takes effect, and new pricing applies from your next billing cycle onwards — a cycle you have already paid for is never re-priced.

3. Use of the Service & Accounts

ArchiBoard provides tools for interior designers, including project management, specification (procurement) lists, and team collaboration.

• Account Security — You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Studio Plan (RBAC) — Users on a team plan (“Owner”) are responsible for managing access levels and the actions of all team members invited to their workspace.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. ArchiBoard is a productivity tool, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of data inputted by users (such as item prices, dimensions, or supplier discounts).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pavel Sereshchev and ArchiBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors in project estimates, client proposals, or supplier orders generated through the Service.

5. User Content & Privacy

You retain all rights to the projects, blueprints, and data you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to host, copy, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents from your clients before inputting their personal data into ArchiBoard.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
