HerzBlut

publicCatalog.brand.about.title

HerzBlut is a lamp manufacturer based in Sundern in the Sauerland, Germany. Since 1975 the company has produced wooden lamps, now in its second generation. More than 50,000 HerzBlut lamps have found their place in apartments and houses.

The manufacturer mainly works with oak and walnut from FSC-certified suppliers, and much of the work is done by hand. As a member of the Verband Deutsche Manufakturen e. V., it repairs lamps in its own workshop.

Customers can replace the LED circuit board themselves, and the company gives five years of warranty on the LEDs. The lamps are built from separable parts that can be recycled, and the production halls are heated with energy generated from wood residues.
