publicCatalog.brand.about.title
Oluce was founded in 1945 by Giuseppe Ostuni. The company describes itself as the oldest Italian design company still active in the lighting field. Its collection includes work by Joe Colombo, Marco Zanuso and contemporary designers from several countries.
Vico Magistretti served for many years as art director and principal designer. The name Atollo became recognizable for one of its lamps, which won the Compasso d'Oro in 1979.
Since 2015 the company has offered Bespoke Tailoring, a customization service for contract projects, including lamps designed for specific projects or modular variants of existing designs.
