Designed by Aldo Rossi and Luca Meda, Piroscafo is a bookcase with a structure and base in painted hollow-core panel, doors with an external frame formed by two sheets coupled on two polystyrene shells and 4 mm clear or acid-etched glass, shelves in 12 mm extra-clear tempered glass, front profiles in extruded aluminium painted with semi-gloss baked enamel. Aldo Rossi and Luca Meda have created an authentic architectural masterpiece: a large front characterized by the regular rhythm of the windows, inspired by the design of the Umbria Region headquarters in Perugia. This bookcase-window, elegant and imposing, has a lacquered structure available in matt lime white, platinum or anthracite.
