The Occasional Table LTR (Low Table Rod Base) by Vitra, designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1950, was conceived as a compact and versatile piece, used by the designers themselves in their famous Eames House for multiple purposes. Part of the Vitra Design Museum Collection, the re-edition remains faithful to the original project.The tabletop comes in different finishes, each offering a distinct character. Solid wood versions highlight the natural beauty of the material: light oak with an oiled surface, dark-stained oak with a protective coating, or American walnut with its rich grain, sourced from carefully selected European forests. The tactile qualities of the wood convey warmth and authenticity.
