Cassina Treflo Table - Oval

With Treflo, Ronan Bouroullec signs his first individual project for Cassina, shaping a series of tables that explore the relationship between geometry and matter. The base, characterized by an organic design reminiscent of figures such as the trefoil or infinity, supports a glass top that is available in a wavy, back-painted version, or lacquered in a glossy or matte finish.Made of rigid polyurethane, the base employs a proportion of materials of organic origin, meeting criteria for greater sustainability. The top, in extra-clear glass, is processed through an annealing process on molds with specific textures: the heat allows the material to acquire a modulated, visually articulated surface, capable of interacting with light in a dynamic way.The Treflo collection includes different dimensional configurations, designed to meet heterogeneous needs, from the private to the collective sphere. The chromatic uniformity between base and top helps to define a coherent, essential and recognizable language. Each table element is developed to maintain measured proportions and a discreet but clear presence, without resorting to superfluous formal solutions.
